Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the WheelOps website and application, provided by IraOra Solutions Private Limited. By using WheelOps you agree to them.

The service
WheelOps is a subscription software service for tyre dealers, alloy wheel stores and automotive workshops. We provide it on a best-efforts basis and continue to develop it; features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and we will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces what you already rely on.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for what your staff do under the accounts you create for them. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your data
The business data you enter — customers, vehicles, stock, invoices — remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time, and we will delete it on request after your account closes, subject to records we are required to retain.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the customer data you upload and, where you use WheelOps to send WhatsApp messages, for having a lawful basis to contact those customers.
Acceptable use
Do not use WheelOps to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messaging, to attempt to access another tenant's data, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Fees
Subscription fees, billing frequency and any onboarding charges are set out in the quotation or order form agreed with you. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We will give notice before any change to your rate.
Third-party integrations
WheelOps connects to Tally and to the WhatsApp Cloud API. Those are operated by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or policy changes. Where you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account, Meta's per-conversation charges are billed to your Meta account and payable by you. Where you send from the shared WheelOps business number, we pay Meta and the cost is covered by your subscription within the sending limits stated in your quotation.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where practical. Any specific service level applies only if it is stated in a signed agreement with you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
WheelOps assists with record-keeping and GST invoicing but is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice. Responsibility for the accuracy of your statutory filings remains with you and your accountant.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at the end of your current billing period. We may end the agreement for material breach that is not remedied after notice. On termination you keep the right to export your data for a reasonable period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
