The system explained
How WheelOps works?
From stock arrival to WhatsApp follow-up.
01 · Stock arrival
“Which of these did we fit last March?”
Every tyre. Tracked from day one.
A printed barcode label for a single tyre: MRF ZLX 185/65 R15, tubeless, held in the Main godown on rack B3, with the serial number WO-T-084213. WheelOps supplies pre-printed labels, one per tyre, so every tyre is tracked individually rather than as a quantity.

02 · Jobs on the floor
“Who is working on what, and is it billed?”
Every job follows five simple steps.
A job card for vehicle PB 10 CX 4521, numbered JC-1207, moving through five stations: draft, in progress, ready to bill, completed and delivered. Two lines of work are recorded against it — a front wheel alignment and a replacement of four tyres — and it carries a total of ₹19,470 including GST. WheelOps moves every job through the same five stations, so the counter always knows what the floor is doing and nothing is delivered unbilled.

03 · Six months later
“Customers vanish after one set.”
WheelOps brings customers back.
Two messages sent from the shop's own WhatsApp business number, using approved templates. The first, on the evening of the sale in February, confirms the tyre change on vehicle PB 10 CX 4521 is complete. Six months pass with nothing sent. The second arrives automatically in August, telling the customer the wheel alignment on that vehicle is now due for inspection and to contact the shop to schedule a visit. WheelOps times reminders off each vehicle's real service history.

Timed off the vehicle’s history, not a calendar blast
04 · What the owner sees
“What did we actually make this month?”
You see the money. The counter doesn’t.
An owner's dashboard summary for a month: sales of ₹18,42,300, stock at cost of ₹36,80,150, potential margin of ₹6,92,410, seven sizes below their reorder level, 212 of 218 reminders delivered, and a branch split of ₹11.2 lakh at the main shop against ₹7.2 lakh at Ferozepur Road. Staff roles decide who sees money: switching the view to a counter user hides the month's sales, the stock valuation, the margin and the branch split, while low stock and delivered reminders stay visible.

Moving across
You don't have to change everything overnight.
Bring WheelOps into your existing workflow gradually, one process at a time — while the shop keeps running exactly as it does today.
- 01
Enter what you already hold
Your staff add existing stock a few units at a time, in the gaps between customers. Nothing has to be finished in one sitting.
- 02
Stick its barcode on
As each unit goes in, its label goes onto the tyre. That sticker is the whole link between the rack and the record.
- 03
Scan it at the sale
Scan the barcode and WheelOps knows which tyre left, which rack it came off and what belongs on the bill.
- 04
Not in yet? Sell it as always
Anything not yet entered or labelled is sold exactly the way you sell it today. Both routes work, side by side, for as long as you need.

FAQ
Common questions.
Do I need to be technical to use WheelOps?
No. If your team can use WhatsApp, they can use WheelOps. Most counters are billing on day one, and we train your staff on setting up your inventory before you go live.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?
WheelOps connects to WhatsApp Cloud on your own business number. Birthday wishes, alignment-due and tyre-change-due reminders go out automatically from templates you approve.
Is my data safe?
Every table is protected by row-level security, all admin actions are audit-logged, and each shop's data is isolated from every other tenant. You can export everything to CSV at any time.
Do we need a barcode printer to track tyres individually?
No. We send pre-printed barcode labels counted against your opening inventory, so there is no printer, ribbon or label stock to buy. Stick a label on the tyre, scan it once to assign it, and order more from us when you start running low.
How long does it take to get running?
Typically about a week: a demo, then your team brings the data across from your spreadsheets or existing software, we train your staff on it, and you go live.
