Most software sold to tyre dealers treats a tyre like any other line item. It has never heard of a godown, a fitment or an alignment-due date — and it doesn't know what a job card is.
WheelOps started in Ludhiana, in shops running a bill book, a stock register and Tally side by side. The first version did one thing: it made the number on the screen match the number on the rack. Everything since has come from watching counters use it.
Your own team sets the shop up — data brought across, staff roles configured — and we train the counter and the floor on it before go-live. Support runs during the hours a shop is actually open.

How we look after your data.
Each business is a separate tenant, isolated by row-level security in the database itself — a query cannot return another shop's rows even if application code were wrong. Staff get real roles: a counter user does not see margin or stock valuation, and admin actions are recorded with the user and the timestamp.
All traffic is HTTPS, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, WhatsApp credentials are encrypted, and the database is backed up on a regular schedule. Your data stays yours: customers, catalogue and live stock export to CSV at any time. Think you've found a security issue?
